And we're off!!

Joined by the Web girls (Georgia & Lily), we left Kingston at noon today! The weather was great and the roads were clear as we took off in our snazzy KIA rental van. We will be spending tonight in Sudbury, tomorrow in Thunder Bay and will finally arrive in Pickle Lake/Mishkeegogamang on Tuesday.After many months of preparation, we are so excited to be on our way. We have had some great conversations with contacts at the schools we will be teaching in and have some great ideas to implement in the classroom!QHO has been in Pickle Lake and Mishkeegogamang for the past 13 years. This year will be QHO’s last year in Pickle Lake and Mishkeegogamang, so we have some big plans to say goodbye to the community.
